You’re in a time crunch to finish a project in two hours. You find yourself heading to the vending machine for a treat. You’re stuck in traffic with an important meeting that will start in a few minutes. You start biting your nails. You’re tired and need to sleep. You can’t seem to turn off the television and go to bed. Do any of these sound familiar to you?
